Twelve months of upkeep.

Grass, weeds, hedges and leaves through the warm months. Driveways, walkways and lots cleared through the cold ones. Same crew, all year.

The Ontario calendar

A property needs something different every quarter.

Here's what the year looks like when one crew covers it end to end.

Division 02

Lawn
& Yard

A cut lawn is the cheapest thing you can do for a property's appearance — and the first thing anyone notices. We handle the recurring work so it never gets away from you, and the one-off cleanups when it already has.

Homeowners, tenants, landlords with rental units, and property managers with several addresses on the same street.

Grass cutting & lawn mowing

Recurring cuts on a schedule that suits the property, edges trimmed, clippings dealt with. Set it once and stop thinking about it.

02

Weed removal

Beds, borders, walkways, driveways and gravel. Pulled and cleared rather than left to seed through the rest of the yard.

03

Yard cleanup

Overgrown, neglected, or just post-winter. Branches, debris, dead growth and clutter cleared out — and hauled away, not piled at the curb.

Leaf removal

Raked, blown, bagged and gone. Booked once in late fall, or a couple of passes as the trees come down.

Division 03

Snow

Southwestern Ontario winters don't negotiate. A driveway can go from clear to impassable overnight, and a business with an unshovelled walkway is a business nobody can walk into.

We clear residential driveways and walkways, and handle sidewalks, entrances and parking lots for small commercial properties.

01

Driveway snow clearing

Cleared end to end, right to the pavement, with the piles put somewhere that doesn't block the car or the sightline out of the drive.

02

Sidewalk & walkway snow removal

Front walks, side paths, steps and entrances — the parts people actually slip on. Cleared down to a safe surface.

03

Parking lot snow removal

Small commercial lots, multi-unit residential parking and shared driveways — cleared and stacked so you keep your spaces.

04

General snow removal

Post-storm digouts, buried cars, roof-drop piles and the wall the plow left across your driveway at 5am. Call when it happens.

Book winter before winter books you.

Seasonal arrangements get sorted out in the fall. Get on the list early and you're covered from the first snowfall.
