Show us the pile
A few photos or a quick description is usually enough. Tell us roughly how much there is, where it is in the building, and whether anything is unusually heavy.
Division 04 · Junk & Removal · Kitchener & region
Furniture, appliances, garage and basement contents, yard waste, renovation debris. We carry it out, load it up, and take it with us.
The whole idea
There's no sorting, staging or dragging things to the curb on your end. We come inside, take it from where it sits — the basement, the back of the garage, the third floor — and carry it out ourselves.
Single items or a full property. One old couch that won't fit down the stairwell, a tenant's leftover furniture, twenty years of a garage, or the pile a renovation left behind the house.
Book a removalWhat we take
If it's heavy, awkward, or in a place you'd rather not carry it out of, it's ours.
General household and property junk. Mixed loads, odd items, the accumulated pile that never quite made it to the dump. We size the job, quote it, and clear it.
Sectionals, mattresses, dressers, desks, fridges, washers, dryers, stoves. Disconnected where needed, wrapped so it doesn't mark the walls on the way out, and gone.
The big ones. Estate clearances, downsizing, end-of-tenancy, or finally reclaiming the space the car was supposed to go in. We work room by room and leave it swept.
Branches, brush, leaves, sod, old fencing and the remains of a hedge that came out harder than expected.
Drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, cabinets and packaging from a reno or a small build. Cleared mid-project or at the end, so the trades after you aren't working around it.
How a removal goes
A few photos or a quick description is usually enough. Tell us roughly how much there is, where it is in the building, and whether anything is unusually heavy.
Priced on volume and access, agreed before we start. If the pile turns out bigger than the photos suggested, you hear about it before anything moves — not after.
Out of the room, down the stairs, into the truck. Floors and doorways protected on the way, and the space swept when the last item's gone.
Worth asking about first
Some materials have their own disposal rules — paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, tires and certain electronics. Mention them when you call and we'll tell you straight away what we can take and what needs a different route.
Pair it up
A move out, a fall yard cleanup, a unit turnover between tenants. Book the removal alongside the rest of the job and it's one crew, one visit, one invoice.
